Loris Train Depot Museum, Loris, SC

The Civitan Club of Lois as a community project wished to restore the old train depot that had been moved from town to a farm about 2 miles from town. The City Administrator had gotten a transportation grant to update several streets and sidewalks that included a location by City Hall for site adapting ( bringing the existing train depot back into town on  new site). Plans were for uses to include town community and civic club meeting place as well as being a historic museum for the railroad town of Loris, SC. Adaptations included handicap access.
